The ground rules for using Faithful Invest. Please read them before relying on any result.
1. Acceptance
Faithful Invest is run by Nicolò Gontero, Giaveno (TO), Italy. By using Faithful Invest you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Not financial advice
Faithful Invest is an educational screening tool. It does not provide investment advice under MiFID II (Directive 2014/65/EU) or Italian Legislative Decree 58/1998 (TUF), and it is not authorised by Consob or any other financial regulator. Nor is it a Registered Investment Advisor, Broker-Dealer or Financial Planner under US law.
Nothing on the platform is a personal recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or fund.
All outputs, including faith-based results, are informational only. Consult a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions. You alone are responsible for evaluating the merits and risks of any analysis shown on the platform.
3. Automated analysis
Screening results are produced automatically from company filings and market data, using fixed published rules. No AI is used to produce results. Automated data can still contain mistakes, misread a source or be out of date, and we make no warranty of accuracy for debt ratios, business-activity classifications or any other figure. Verify anything you plan to act on.
4. Religious and interpretive disclaimer
Faithful Invest is independent and not affiliated with any mosque, church, or religious governing authority.
Faith-based results are algorithmic interpretations of religious principles that vary across communities, scholars, and levels of strictness. A pass on this platform does not guarantee compliance with the specific requirements of your local religious authority. Consult your spiritual advisor before final decisions.
5. Limitation of liability
Faithful Invest is not liable for financial losses, lost profits, or any communal, social, or religious consequences arising from your use of the platform. You use the tool at your own financial and spiritual risk.
6. Intellectual property
The Faithful Invest name, scoring methodology, and interface remain the property of Faithful Invest.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you use Faithful Invest as a consumer, you keep any protections the law of the country where you live gives you.
